Whether heating in winter or cooling in summer – DAIKIN offers a total solution for air conditioning in every home. DAIKIN builds and sells the most heat pumps in Europe and is the global market leader in air conditioning. For more than 90 years, the company has been producing high-quality technologies to offer its customers a better quality of life through modern heating and air conditioning comfort. In Germany, too, DAIKIN actively supports adaptation to climate change with DAIKIN Airconditioning Germany GmbH with innovative devices and products. However, these only find their way to customers throughout Germany with the help of numerous employees who do their best every day. And since this has been working really well for 25 years in 2023, there was every reason for DAIKIN Airconditioning Germany to gather all employees from the German locations in one place and to celebrate the whole thing properly.
The choice fell on Dresden, where the event managers of our event agency implemented a tailor-made event concept that was individually developed for this client in the International Congress Center Dresden. More than 6 months of planning resulted in an entertaining 3-day incentive, which we designed and professionally implemented for around 500 participants. We developed more than 30 creative ideas for this event, including numerous active, creative, challenging, interesting or just fun activities that the participants could experience. Step by step, we built a connection between the new and old employees and at the same time strengthened their personal and emotional identification with the company.
A fireworks display synchronously shot to the music, which was supposed to be the absolute highlight of the company event, was by no means the end: the partying, dancing and unique experiences together with the other members of the DAIKIN family continued until late at night divided. For those who could not be present at the event, a few questions now arise after this grandiose event and the joyful stories of the guests:
- What was it about a giant QR code, augmented reality, a golden pineapple and a small suitcase?
- Why does a child’s toy in Mario Kart drive players to despair?
- And: What is it like… as an adult… swimming in the largest ball pool in Germany?
