Dia de los Muertos - Day Of The Dead

At the beginning of November 2019, guests experienced for the first time at the Carolaschlösschen Dresden that death, unlike in Germany, can also be celebrated with colorful colors, creative costumes and hot-blooded music. There the event managers of our event agency from Dresden invited to the premiere of our Dia de los Muertos – the Day of the Dead, a festival of Mexican culture where traditionally the dead is celebrated in a lively way. The Dia de los Muertos takes up this topic and, as a new and exclusive event in Dresden, represents a real alternative to the well-known Halloween parties. In addition, there is no comparable event in Germany till today, regarding the effort and the scope implementation.

Numerous guests appeared elaborately dressed with imaginative costumes and outfits. Whether elegant bespoke suit with top hat or traditional Mexican folklore dresses with colorful flower headdresses – the guests obviously gave their best to meet the demands of this high-quality event. Over the evening, the celebrants enjoyed the lovingly prepared Mexican specialties and delicious cocktails and of course the tequila, and danced to live music until the early hours. On top of that, there was also a prize in the form of a high-quality wellness weekend for the most beautiful costume. A wonderful, lively and all around successful event premiere, which will take place again in 2020 in the Carolaschlösschen.
